手动带气动放料阀产品介绍：
一、气动放料阀工作原理： 
1、轻松转动手轮，将切换手柄推移到（分）指示牌，即可进*动操作。 
2、当气源进入电磁阀后，电磁阀自动开戾上（或下）输气口，电磁阀接通电源时，阀门自动开启，断电时阀门自动关闭。红色按钮为手动调试使用开关按钮。 
3、当气源进入气缸上部时，将活塞推向下部，即关闭阀门。 
4、当气源进入气缸下部时，将活塞推向上部，即开启阀门。 
5、连续作业时，按上述作往返动力。 
二、手动放料阀工作原理： 
1、关闭气源，在无气源压力下，轻松转动手轮，逐渐使切换手柄推移至（合）指示牌，即可进行手动操作。 
2、转动手轮，逆时针阀门开，顺时针阀门关。 
三、气动执行器的日常维护工作： 
1、氮源应保持干燥和清洁，定期对过滤器进行放水。 
2、保持氮源压力正常（0.4~0.7Mpa），电气部分的电源信号无短路或断路故障，防止水，保证电磁阀和回信开关正常工作。 
3、在正常工作情况下，每月检验一次，每年检修一次。 
四、手动带气动放料阀注意： 
1、气动操作时，必须将切换手柄完全推移至（分）指示处，切莫使手柄 处于分合不明的状态，否则，将会损坏内部机件。 
2、严禁敲打或撞击手柄。 
五、手动带气动放料阀安装时应注意以下事项： 
1、保持阀瓣于封圈密封面无污垢、泥沙.。 
2、检查填料于活塞是否密封良好， 不得私自拆装，要技术人员的指导下。 
3、气缸拆下长时间不用时，所有加工表面应涂防锈油，进、排气口应加防尘堵塞。 
六、在手动带气动放料阀安装后进行管路强度试压时阀瓣必须修全部开启: 
1、安装前应仔细核对使用情况是否与本阀门性能相符。 
2、检查各部件是否拧紧。 
3、应保证在工作、维护和更换上的方便。 
七、手动带气动放料阀在使用过程中应定期检查： 
1、请检查阀杆和填料磨损 情况，以免泄漏 。 
2、定期对气动头表面除尘和维护。
